1.Shipping Time

1. If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer must bear the shipping cost, and the specific cost will be determined by the courier company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, consumers do not need to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
2. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
4. We do not accept items returned without a proper return request.
5. We do not offer Freight Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Return costs will be borne by you.

Please note that unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or failure to contact us to modify the information before the package is sent cannot be considered a product quality problem and will be the customer's responsibility. We can provide free size exchange service, but customers need to pay the shipping cost of returning the original product. Once the original product is received and inspected, we will send the new size product. If you are unsure about size selection, you can contact us by email or private message for assistance.
7. Please note that the responsibility for packages lost or returned due to incomplete or incorrect information when placing the order and not contacting us prior to shipment is the customer's responsibility.
8. Please note that once the package leaves customs at the point of origin, shipping responsibility is transferred to the carrier. If the package is lost during this period, please contact the carrier to inquire and claim.

10. Packages that have been shipped or are in transit cannot be refunded.
