1. When returning any part of your order, please email to our Customer Service at Service@animescollection.com first, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.After getting the tracking number, send it to our customer service mailbox so that we can distinguish the order, otherwise it will not be accepted
